Natural light. natural light penetrates the fabric cladding, providing a well-lit environment, and saving on energy costs
Consistent temperatures. The SmartShield® fabric cladding reflects UV light, which means the shelter is much cooler in summer – up to 10 degrees!
Wide span. We can span up to 45m with no internal poles, which maximises usable space. The arched clear-span design also allows for more airflow and ventilation.
Speed of build. Due to the relative simplicity of the design compared to a traditional structure, and the innovative single-piece fabric cladding design, the onsite construction time is significantly faster – allowing you to move in quicker and enjoy the benefits!
Quieter. The fabric cladding dampens both external weather noise, and internal noise or echoes.

Process Steps

Order Confirmation signed and design deposit paid
SmartShelters’ engineering team provide the engineered design and a PS1. This usually takes two to three weeks.
SmartShelters can lodge a Building Consent on your behalf, or provide the engineering required for your team to process the Building Consent.
Once Building Consent is received, SmartShelters starts manufacturing in our South Auckland facility. This usually takes six to ten weeks.
SmartShelters Projects team will work with you on what preparations are required before we book in the installation.
Follow manufacturing, SmartShelters deliver the product to site and begin installation.
