STEEL ROLLER DOOR

Steel roller doors are a durable and secure option, commonly used for semi-permanent or long-term shelters. They can be manually operated using a chain drive or motorized with either single-phase or three-phase power. Our standard size is 3.2m wide × 4.5m high, but we can customize larger doors as needed. Multiple doors can also be installed on one end wall, depending on the size of your shelter.

While roller doors provide excellent user-friendliness, security and weather protection, they typically require specialist installation and are more challenging to relocate if you need to move your shelter.

OUTSWING DOOR

The Outswing Doors are a cost-effective alternative to our popular steel roller doors. They are made of a rigid steel frame, and can be clad in either steel cladding, or tensioned fabric cladding.

They swing out from the shelter using heavy duty hinges attached to the steel columns on our end walls. They are light enough for one person to open by themselves and are easily secured open or closed using a large gate latch. They are rigid enough to handle whatever the weather throws at it, just like the shelters they are attached to.

FRAMED OPENING

For those who need an open access point without a door, we offer framed openings. The standard size is 3.2m wide × 4.5m high, but custom dimensions are available to suit your specific needs.

SLIDING CURTAIN

Sliding curtains are designed for flexibility and wide access. Built within a steel frame, they function similarly to truck curtain-sider doors, sliding from side to side. They’re ideal for moving large equipment or bulk products, such as timber packs or steel bundles, in and out of your shelter.

Each sliding curtain is custom-designed to suit the shelter, with a typical maximum height of 3.5m. Keep in mind that when fully open, the curtain will still take up some space within the frame, so the available clearance won’t be the full width of the framed opening.

SLIDING DOOR

Sliding doors are heavy-duty, track-mounted doors that operate like aircraft hangar doors, rolling along a track outside the front of the shelter. They can be custom-built to any size, and we’ve previously supplied sliding doors over 6m high and spanning the entire width of a shelter.

Because they are mounted on a separate frame rather than attached directly to the shelter structure, they allow for a full, unobstructed opening. However, they require a higher amount of installation effort and are more challenging to relocate compared to other door options like our Outswing Doors.

PA (PERSONNEL ACCESS) DOOR

Our personnel access doors provide a simple and secure entry point for foot traffic. They have a standard size of 0.7m wide × 2.0m high and come with lockable handles for added security.
